Bad Singing Brings Award
Pennebaker's "Horrible 2 Harmony" video was just celebrated at BMA Houston's Lantern Awards of Texas. It's not every day when you get awarded for singing off key.
Long story short, Houston's premier branding agency Pennebaker asked me to write a script and I said yes. The great conceptual minds at Pennebaker had decided to make staff birthdays more tolerable by hiring a singing coach. This of course offered the opportunity for documentary gold.
By creating a flowing outline and perfecting the details together with the talents at Pennebaker, we managed to write a script that portrayed the spirit, warmth and togetherness of this exceptional company. Through a joint journey of laughter and embarrassment comes harmony.
